Doraville’s Assembly Yards MXU Project Gets New Development Partners
Community development and commercial real estate firm the Integral Group added three additional development partners to the team for its 165-acre Assembly Yards mixed-use redevelopment project in Doraville.
Paces Properties joined the development team as the retail partner, StreetLights Residential will serve as the multifamily partner, and Ashton Woods Homes joins as the single-family home builder on the project. Additionally, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema will open its first Georgia location at Assembly in 2021.
Dallas-based developer StreetLights Residential will oversee the development of a new multifamily community, which will include 300 multifamily units at the project. Homebuilder Ashton Woods will build 150 townhomes. Paces Properties will curate 125,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space at Assembly, including a 16,000-square-foot food hall.
