Doral Industrial Facility Trades for $14M

Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the $14-million sale of a 106,769-square-foot warehouse in Doral. Located at 10100 NW 25th St., the facility was built in 1974 and sits on a five-acre site. The building features 22-foot clear heights, 14,000 square feet of office space, and 29 loading positions.

Wayne Ramoski, Gian Rodriguez and Skyler Stein of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, San Francisco-based Terreno Realty Corp., in the transaction. Mark Aleman of Aleman Realty represented the buyer, AmCar Holding Inc.

“Terreno originally intended to redevelop the facility and lease it to a quality tenant,” said Rodriguez. “However, the market’s limited industrial sale supply provided Terreno with an opportunity to capitalize on their investment and make a healthy return today.”
