Donn McMullen Joins Syska as Technical Manager

Donn McMullen has joined the Midtown office of Syska Hennessy Group. In his new roles of technical manager and senior associate, he will lead facilities management and commissioning projects.

With more than 30 years’ experience, McMullen served most recently as commissioning manager at Turner Construction Company. There, he supervised the team supporting the commissioning and turnover of building systems in the Kimmel Pavilion at NYU Langone Medical Center.

Previously, he was director of global operations for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, overseeing maintenance, engineering and utilities for R&D facilities.

“Facilities management has become increasingly complex, as more and more organizations embrace automation and integrated systems,” said Robert Ioanna, senior principal and managing director of Syska’s New York City office. “Donn has worked on many large-scale projects, and he’s comfortable with these high levels of complexity. We will draw on his expertise as we apply the latest industry innovations to our client work.”
