Don Domoretsky Joins CBRE Life Sciences Group

CBRE has welcomed Don Domoretsky as an EVP in the firm’s life sciences consulting group in Boston. Domoretsky will represent both occupiers and investors with a focus on leasing laboratory, GMP-manufacturing, and office space.

Domoretsky was most recently at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he served as a senior managing director Boston. Throughout his more than 20-year career, Don has arranged over eight million square feet of life sciences real estate transactions. He has represented many prominent occupiers including Arrakis Therapeutics, Synlogic Therapeutics, Celgene, MISPRO Biotech and Cerevel Therapeutics among others. On the landlord side, clients include King Street Properties, Related Companies, Alexandria Real Estate Equities and FM Global.
