Dominium Planning 323-Unit Phoenix-Area Rental Venture
Developer Dominium is planning a 323-unit multifamily development on 12.68 acres in Tolleson east of 99th Avenue and Wolverine Way. AZBEX reports the development plan includes a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments distributed across five buildings with a proposed building height of 48 feet (four stories). Tolleson is 20 minutes west of Phoenix off I-10.
Plans include a central amenity core with a clubhouse/fitness center, a pool and play areas. In addition, the community will be gated and have nearly 60,000 square feet of usable open space.
Dominium needs a rezoning from industrial to commercial before starting.
Dominium has 21 residential projects in various stages of development and construction around Arizona, totaling 6,220 units and a total construction value of more than $1.65 billion. Of those, 12 are in the West Valley.
