In a span of two days, apartment developer Dominium will hold groundbreaking events for over 1,000 affordable housing units at a reported investment of more than $1 billion.

Dominium is holding the grand opening of Vista Ridge on October 24th. It will consist of 308 units of affordable housing for working families in South Phoenix. The community has a fitness room, clubroom with fireplace, game room and pool. WD Construction is the contractor and Todd + Associates served as the architect.

On October 25 the company is breaking ground on 657 units of both family and senior affordable housing in Goodyear at neighboring projects. Estrella Springs will bring 396 units of affordable apartment homes for families, and Suncrest Vista will bring 261 units of affordable senior apartment homes in the winter of 2025. The Goodyear projects makeup Arizona’s largest affordable multifamily new construction development and Dominium’s largest in the state.
