Dominion Gearing Up for 270-Unit Charlotte Apartment Project

Dominion Realty Partners is ready to get moving on the Perimeter Pointe Apartments, a 270-unit project in Charlotte.

The developer closed last week on the debt and equity financing. Trustmark Bank, in partnership with Dogwood State Bank and Providence Bank, are providing project financing. The total project cost is $66 million.

The Charlotte Business Journal reports first units are expected to deliver in the first quarter of 2025. DRP has designated 6% of the units as “affordable” based on area median income.

The development will have one- and two-bedroom units. Estimated rental rates were not available. Amenities include a resort-style pool and activity lawn, automated package delivery system, an exercise facility with an interactive fitness class studio, and club and game room.

Atlanta-based Rule Joy Trammell & Rubio completed the project design, and Virginia Beach, Virginia-based Armada Hoffler is the general contractor.
