Dolly Parton-Themed Bar Relocates within Williamsburg

Lee & Associates NYC represented Dolly’s Swing and Dive, a Dolly Parton-themed dive bar, in its relocation from 101 Kent Ave. to 146 Wythe Ave. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The bar signed a 10-year, 2,350 square-foot lease at the new location on the corner of Wythe Avenue and North 8th Street.

Garry Steinberg and Brett Brownstein of Lee NYC represented Dolly’s Swing and Dive. The landlord was represented in-house by Flatiron Real Estate Advisors, alongside Steinberg and Brownstein.

“The relocation of Dolly’s Swing and Dive marks a significant expansion from its current 800-square-foot space and reaffirms its continued commitment to Williamsburg,” said Brownstein. Steinberg added, “This deal highlights the strength and appeal of the neighborhood for food and beverage operators.”

Dolly’s Swing and Dive has operating in Williamsburg for six years. As part of the expansion, the bar will begin offering events in addition to its current food and beverage selections.
