Dollar Tree Signs 10K-SF Lease at Virginia Retail Center

New York City-based commercial real estate firm Norman Bobrow & Co. has secured a 10,000-square-foot lease for Dollar Tree at the Time Square Shopping Center in Warsaw, VA.

Bobrow acquired the 43,525-square-foot center, which is located at 4238 Richmond Ave., in 2001. Dollar Tree will occupy a portion of the site of the former Ames Department Store at the center, which opened in 1984 but sat vacant for more than a decade. Dollar Tree has started construction and is expected to open next month. Time Square Shopping Center is anchored by a 19,000-square-foot Tractor Supply Co., which has occupied the center since 2008.

“We are happy that Dollar Tree recognized the tremendous amount of traffic along Richmond Road, and that we were able to secure a lease with them,” said Norman Bobrow. “We are excited to add Dollar Tree, and with the already successful Tractor Supply, we feel confident that good things lay ahead for the folks of Warsaw.”
