Dollar Tree Inks 15K-SF at Aldrich Plaza in NJ, Replacing BB&B

Dollar Tree is expanding in Howell, NJ, with a new 15,000-square-foot store at Aldrich Plaza, a 128,000-square-foot shopping center on Route 9. The commitment, secured by Levin Management Corporation (LMC), will see Dollar Tree occupying half of the former Bed, Bath & Beyond space. LMC’s E.J. Moawad and R.J. Brunelli & Co.’s Danielle Brunelli arranged the deal.

Aldrich Plaza, anchored by Walgreens, features various tenants including Retro Fitness, My Salon Suite, Norman’s Hallmark, Salon Centric, AT&T, Nothing Bundt Cakes (opening soon), Big City Bagels & Salads, and Bubbakoo’s Burritos. LMC continues to market the remaining 15,400 square feet of the former Bed, Bath & Beyond space and two additional units.

“Discount retail is among the industry’s strongest sub-sectors today,” said Moawad. “By diversifying its product offerings over the past several years, Dollar Tree is solidifying its position as a shopping destination for price-conscious consumers.”
