Dolce&Gabbana designing 1,000 foot highrise condo hotel

Dolce&Gabbana Developing/Designing Miami Condo Hotel

Dolce&Gabbana has unveiled 888 Brickell, its first real estate project and condo hotel in the USA, in collaboration with developer JDS Development Group. The group bought a seven-story office building they are converting into a luxury highrise condo hotel. The condo hotel, which is slated to be over 1,000 feet high, features 250 rooms and suites, six food and beverage outlets, and a signature restaurant on the ground floor, two bars in the expansive Grand Lobby, Pool Club restaurant & bar for day-to-night deckside dining, demo kitchen and private dining. Dolce&Gabbana will design all aspects of the project.

The structure will have novel amenities, such as event space, complete with seating, a stage, and a DJ booth. Additional amenities include the residential and hotel Dolce&Gabbana 888 Pool Club, a double-height indoor padel court, fitness center, golf simulator and yoga & pilates studios. Exclusive resident amenities include a theater, lounge, billiard’s room, children’s playroom, workspace and meeting suites, and 44′ lap pool.

Prices for 888 Brickell’s condo units will range from $3.5 million to $35 million.
