Doggie Daycare Sets Up Shop in Dumbo

Hounds Town USA, a fully interactive doggie daycare, pet spa, and boarding facility is coming to Brooklyn. Katz & Associates’ David Yablon represented Hounds Town through RESOLUT RE’s Sherry Naquin Sanchez, the master broker for the Hounds Town franchise. The landlord is Churchill Real Estate.

The facility will be located at 57 Jay St. in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood. It spans 1,500 square feet on the ground and 3,000 square feet in the selling basement. This is the first Brooklyn location for the canine care franchise.

“Hounds Town coming to Dumbo is definitely the right place and right time,” said Yablon. “The area is booming with development. “It also has a very high per capita number of dogs owned, which has ballooned further during COVID. With many pandemic pups purchased and people looking for canine care and services at fair prices, Hounds Town will be a great asset.”
