Dog Haus Biergarten Fetches High-Visibility End-Cap Space

Dog Haus Biergarten recently took down 3,000 square feet of retail space in Georgetown. NAI Partners’ Kevin Murphy, senior vice president in NAI Partners’ retail services division, arranged the lease on behalf of Dog Haus. This is the third lease for Dog Haus completed by Murphy in the Greater Austin area.

“This high-visibility end-cap space with a patio is an ideal location in this vibrant and up-and-coming neighborhood for Dog Haus and its rapidly expanding base of loyal customers,” said Murphy.

The landlord was represented in-house by Derek Quinn of Durhman & Bassett.
