DMG Tapped to Manage Third Phase of Noah Properties Development

Chicago-based Daniel Management Group (DMG) is now managing Encore at The Grove in River Grove, Illinois. The 120 units complete Noah Properties’ three-phase development in River Grove with a total of 367 units.

The luxurious new property includes high-end finishes and resort-level amenities. “DMG is thrilled to continue our partnership with Noah Properties and manage all three phases of The Grove development, including Encore, which opened this Spring,” said Roger Daniel, founder of DMG.

The Encore luxury apartments are located in the suburb of River Grove, just outside Chicago and in close proximity to the O’Hare International Airport. “We are thrilled to continue our partnership with DMG through the opening of Encore and the conclusion of The Grove development,” said Ron Plonis, Chief Financial Officer, Noah Properties.
