DMG Takes Over Management of Premier Old Town Properties

Daniel Management Group (DMG) expanded its Chicago portfolio with the addition of Sedgwick Development’s Old Town buildings, located at 1325 N. Wells and 301 W. North Avenue, respectively.

Both buildings are pet-friendly, have fitness centers, and include significant outdoor amenities that residents maximize during Chicago’s summer months. The properties also offer convenience and are within walking distance of Lakefront and close to CTA transportation. 

1325 N. Wells is a 60-unit building with a mix of one, two, and three bedrooms. The building has amenities, including a rooftop sundeck with a pool as well as lounge seating, and an outdoor kitchen. Located just a few blocks from 1325 N. Wells, 301 W. North is 69 units with a mix of one-two and three-bedroom apartments. The building features a community lounge area, roof deck, and fire pit area.
