DMG Awarded Management of Aloft at the Glen Town Center

Daniel Management Group (DMG), a Chicago-based real estate firm focused on multifamily investment and management, has been awarded management of Aloft at the Glen Town Center in Glenview, Illinois. “Aloft at the Glen Town Center is an ideal addition to DMG’s management portfolio,” said Roger Daniel, founder of DMG.

The property features more than 180 apartments in a modern community offering an upscale living experience. It includes open-concept floor plans and convenient amenity spaces, as well as a renovated fitness studio, a social room, and co-working spaces. Aloft is located near the Glenview Metra rail station and is less than 15 miles from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport.

“We chose DMG based on their experience, attention to detail and creative ideas. We like the accessibility to principals and understanding that we are getting a partner that is hands-on and has a long-term strategy for the property,” said Dene Oliver, chairman of OliverBuchananGroup and CEO of OliverMcMillan.
