DLJ Real Estate, Leggat McCall Top Out 290K-SF Life Science Project in Somerville

A development team comprised of DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners and Leggat McCall Properties has topped out 100 South St., a 290,000-square-foot life sciences project in Somerville.

The project is part of the Boynton Yards development and will house lab and retail space as well as include a four-story underground parking garage. Construction on the project began in June of 2019 and is slated to be completed in the summer of 2021.

Architecture firms SGA and Hashim Sarkis Studios designed the project with Shawmut Design & Construction serving as general contractor.
