DLJ Commences Eastown LA Phase 2 Site Prep

Site preparations have begun on the second phase of Eastown LA, a massive residential-retail complex adjacent to the Pantages Theater in Hollywood. DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners is moving forward on the project, located on a 3.2-acre site at 6200 Hollywood Blvd.

The complex consists of a series of seven-story buildings, encompassing more than 500 apartments and roughly 60,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space.

The reported $200-million project is slated for completion in 2017. The first phase of Eastown was completed in 2014.
