DLA Piper Relocating to Stanford Research Park

Silicon Valley law firm DLA Piper is moving into new digs at Stanford Research Park on Hanover Street in Palo Alto, CA. Stanford Research Park is home to more than 150 companies, including HP, Tesla and VMware. CBRE’s George Fox, Ham Southworth and Patrick Reilly represented DLA Piper in the lease transaction while JLL represented the landlord.

“DLA Piper has long been a part of the Silicon Valley community, and our move to what is one of the most storied technological hubs in the world signals our ongoing commitment to the region and the clients we serve here,” said Victoria Lee, managing partner of DLA Piper.

The new building, completed just last year, mixes metal and wood architecture and features full-pane glass windows, allowing plenty of light. The offices offer “high performance flexibility” for DLA Piper lawyers, who have extensive tech and life sciences experience for their clients.
