DJM Capital is a private equity real estate developer, manager and owner that is announcing its acquisition of a group of outdoor, daily-needs properties, all in California:

  • Magnolia &  Adams (68,000 square feet): 9062 Adams Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92646
  • Magnolia & Warner (62,000 square feet): 17070 Magnolia Street, Fountain Valley , CA 92708

  • Deer Creek Village (257,000 square feet): 429 N McDowell Blvd, Petaluma, CA 94954

According to a news release, the purchases are part of a joint venture with affiliates of Fortress Investment Group LLC. Chris Hoffmann, Managing Director of Eastdil Secured, brokered the transaction for which Bank of America was the lender. Brian Ley, of JLL, acted as equity intermediary.
