DJM Promotes Two into New Executive Leadership Roles
DJM Capital Partners, Inc. is making some changes to its executive team. The San Jose-based private equity real estate and development firm named Ken Lee as CFO and Becky Sullivan as COO.
DJM Capital Partners’ D. John Miller says, “I am delighted to promote Becky and Ken, and formally recognize the tremendous contributions they both have made to our firm.”
Lee previously was a VP working in both acquisitions and asset management capacities, where he closed more than $1 billion in new financing, recapitalizations and acquisitions. He joined DJM in 2011 from US Bank, and previously worked on Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s real estate investment banking platform.
Sullivan has been with DJM for more than 14 years, most recently serving as SVP of Construction and Development.
Lee replaces Eric Sahn, who will culminate his day-to-day financial responsibilities, but remain as a general partner with the firm. Sahn served as the firm’s financial head for 15 years.
