DJM Curates Bella Terra’s New Green and Garden Retail
As part of a two year reinvigoration program, DJM’s Bella Terra management team has implemented a major repositioning of the Huntington Beach shopping center’s outdoor garden area, branded locally as “The Green and The Garden.”
Updates are focused on transforming an underutilized public space outside its Century Theaters anchor, into one programmed by new retailers, restaurants and dining options in a space suited for performances and gatherings.
New food concepts coming to the completed “Garden” include:
– Comebuy Tea
– Dog Haus
– HB Hot by Four Sons
– Silverlake Ramen
– Somi Somi
This shift in programming is validated by recent findings from ICSC, indicating that nearly 163 million people, or the equivalent of 64% of adults, spend money dining out at least once a week, and nearly 50% of adults say that dining out is now a lifestyle decision, resulting in annual dining expenditures now exceeding $602 billion.
