Divisions Maintenance Group Moves Staff Into New HQ at Cincinnati’s The Foundry

One of Greater Cincinnati’s largest private companies has started relocating into its new headquarters in downtown Cincinnati, bringing the organization’s divided employee population under a single roof.

Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG), a nationwide facilities maintenance company that provides services for commercial and residential multisite organizations, moved roughly half of its employees into its headquarters at the Foundry in early June 5. The company’s remaining employees are scheduled to move into the nearly 100,000-square-foot space at 505 Vine Street in the coming weeks.

The Foundry, a Cincinnati Center City Development Corp initiative, is the result of a $51 million redevelopment project of the 3.5-story structure into roughly 150,000 square feet of Class A office space, along with 35,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space. Located directly across the street from Fountain Square, The Foundry is a modern, mixed-use development and one of the most prominent buildings in Downtown Cincinnati. In addition to DMG, the property’s tenants include Deloitte LLP, Turner Construction Co., and Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse.
