Diversified Adding Retail Component to Goodyear Spring Training Facility

Diversified Partners broke ground on Ballpark Village, a retail and mixed-use destination located at the northeast corner of Estrella Parkway and Yuma Road in Goodyear, Ariz.

Ballpark Village will feature a mix of national and local tenants, including Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s Subs, The Rush Funplex (its first Arizona location, offering indoor attractions such as bowling, go-karts, mini-golf and bumper cars) and Bruster’s Real Ice Cream. The project is being developed in partnership with the City of Goodyear, EPS and RKAA. Construction is anticipated to take approximately 9 to 12 months.

The development is expected to create more than 100 jobs and represents an investment of over $20 million in construction. Built in two phases, the site is designed to provide convenient access and amenities that complement the nearby Goodyear Ballpark, the spring training home of the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds.
