DivcoWest Inks Digital Agency to DiamondView East Village Deal

3Q Digital, Inc. will be relocating and expanding its San Diego office to DivcoWest’s DiamondView East Village in downtown. The independent digital marketing agency leased 11,322 square feet on the seventh floor of the 15-story Class A tower located at 350 Tenth Ave.

The agency is moving just a few blocks from its current location along 5th Avenue in the Gaslamp Quarter. Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Meissner represented the tenant in the transaction. CBRE’s Ryan Grant represented the landlord. Meissner  says, “Their new space provides unobstructed views of Petco Park from their private balcony, and features floor-to-ceiling glass lines with an open concept floor plan. The space is also 100% wireless compatible for data and phone needs.”

Additional perks include a skybox penthouse for events and tenant meetings, along with on-site amenities such as Fit Athletic Club, showers/lockers, a variety of restaurants, a flower and gift shop, and bike shop.
