DivcoWest Expands SoCal Management Portfolio with Four Santa Monica Assets

DivcoWest has been selected to lead management, leasing, and operations of four Santa Monica assets, including Penn Station Studios, Broadway Place, 2308 Broadway, and 1556 20th St. in Santa Monica. Totaling 205,000 square feet, the properties are home to long-term creative office and media tenants.

This latest assignment from a major institutional investor brings DivcoWest’s SoCal portfolio to 2.8 million square feet across office, multifamily and retail within the Greater LA and San Diego markets. Additionally, DivcoWest maintains a corporate office located in Beverly Hills.

“The Santa Monica expansion allows us to further implement our tenant-first strategy aimed at developing and deepening new and existing relationships,” said Jared Crowley, senior director, investments at DivcoWest. “We focus on the details of property operations so our tenants can focus on growing their businesses.” Crowley will lead asset management and leasing on these investments for DivcoWest alongside Scott Rigsby from Industry Partners.
