Divaris to Broker Maryland Housing Authority of Prince George’s County Portfolio 

Divaris Real Estate(DRE) has secured the exclusive brokerage service contract for the Housing Authority of Prince George’s County, Maryland (HAPGC).  

Joe Farina, principal of DRE’s Washington DC Region, will lead the team providing brokerage services to HAPGC, including property analysis, strategic planning, and marketing of their portfolio. DRE has partnered with Eugene Amegashitsi and Marc Antonio of GC Development, supporting HAPGC’s mission of increasing access to affordable housing across the County.  

“The team we have assembled will leverage our experience in providing real estate solutions to municipalities on an agency level along with our team’s collective market knowledge and commitment to meet HAPGC’s goals,” said Farina.
