Divaris Real Estate Brokers Double $4M Sales of VA Office Buildings
Virginia Beach-based Divaris Real Estate, Inc., has brokered the disposition of two VA office properties:
*The company represented seller Manan Shah in the sale of 3704 Pacific Avenue, which was purchased by Sharanya Ventures, LLC, for $4.2 million. The 12,000-square-foot Class A building in Virginia Beach is occupied by long-term tenants.
Virginia Beach-based Shah owns and operates hotels, retail spaces and convenience stores throughout Hampton Roads, VA and Elizabeth City, NC.
*The company represented seller Adler Group in the sale of 6300 Center Drive, which was purchased by Alcove Corporation, for $3.5 million. The “Maury Building” in Norfolk is part of the Interstate Corporate Center office park and fully leased to Fortis College, which recently completed a long-term extension.
Adler Group is a Miami, FL-based investment and development group.
