Divaris Real Estate Adds Raleigh Office, Names Principal Managing Broker
Virginia Beach, VA-based Divaris Real Estate, Inc., has named Jessica Johnson as principal managing broker of its new office expansion into Raleigh, NC. Johnson adds her new responsibilities onto her existing duties as SVP of the company’s Roanoke, VA operation.
Johnson has joined Divaris with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in both tenant and landlord representation, and for the last six years was also head of her former firm’s retail team for the southwest VA region.
Johnson is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the CCIM Mid-Atlantic chapter Board of Directors and a member of the CCIM National Marketing Committee.
“My goal is to play a vital and instrumental role with the commercial real estate presence of Divaris in this new market and to lead the Raleigh office in year-over-year growth,” said Johnson.
