Divaris Real Estate Acquires California’s The McGarey Group

Virginia Beach, VA-based Divaris Real Estate has acquired The McGarey Group, which is now operating as a division of the Divaris Group. The team from Coronado, CA-based The McGarey Group will maintain their current.

The McGarey Group is led by 40-year industry veteran Denver McGarey. According to Divaris Real Estate, The McGarey Group is regarded as a leading expert in the field of mixed-use retail development, leasing, and advisory services, with a national reputation for delivering award-winning projects.

The acquisition expands Divaris Real Estate’s services, and further solidifies its footprint regionally throughout the Mid-Atlantic and nationally in Arizona, Michigan, California, and beyond.

Since its inception, The McGarey Group has been involved in 65 projects equaling 41 million square feet across 22 US states, China and Japan, for 33 institutional clients and 37 private development clients.
