Divaris Facilitates Sale of Gaithersburg Office Condo for $2M
Divaris Real Estate has completed the sale of an 8,422-square-foot office condo in the Crown Pointe Office Park complex in Gaithersburg, MD. The property on Professional Drive traded for $1.6 million ($190 per square foot).
Amit Grover and Joe Farina of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. represented the seller, Professional Office Properties LLC. The buyer was Brij Strategic Consultations, LLC, a company that specializes in FDA consulting services and will be relocating its operations from Germantown.
The first-floor unit’s turnkey buildout includes 17 private offices, a conference room, kitchenette and 22 open workstations.
