Divaris Arranges Multiple Leases Across Virginia and North Carolina

Divaris Real Estate, a real estate services, brokerage, and property management company headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, has recently completed 22 lease transactions, including new leases, lease renewals, and expansions in Hampton Roads, Richmond, the Great Washington Area, Roanoke and Charlotte.

The transactions include the lease of 7,813 square feet of retail space in Roanoke to RNR Tire Express, an additional 4,957 square feet of office space leased to Kimley-Horn and Associates in Virginia Beach, and the lease of 3,000 square feet of retail space to Aldouri DDS, PLLC in Fredericksburg.

Divaris Real Estate also oversaw 12 lease renewals, including renewals for Panera Bread’s 4,771 square feet of retail space in Wendover Village, Blue Water Shipping Company’s 2,555 square feet of office space in World Trade Center and H&R Block’s 2,350 square feet of retail space in Six Columbus Center.
