District Flats is 34 Percent Pre-leased at Opening

District Flats, a new mixed-use residential and retail building in downtown Woodinville, WA, is now open. Located at 17409 133rd Ave. NE, the five-story buildings feature 264 residential units across three buildings.

The unit mix comprises petite suites, studio flats and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus den and tech options. District Flats also includes 40,000 square feet of retail and 400 parking spaces. The project is targeting U.S. Green Building Council LEED Gold certification.

With rental rates starting at $1,650, District Flats is currently 34 percent pre-leased, with 65 new tenants scheduled to move in by the end of the month.

“We could not be more thrilled with our residential customers feedback so far,” said Kelly Price, MainStreet Property Group president. “It’s also worth noting that the commercial spaces are 90 percent leased with an amazing roster of restaurants and wineries, a gastro pub, champagne bar, salon and a café with more storefronts to be announced soon.”
