District Flats is 34 Percent Pre-leased at Opening
District Flats, a new mixed-use residential and retail building in downtown Woodinville, WA, is now open. Located at 17409 133rd Ave. NE, the five-story buildings feature 264 residential units across three buildings.
The unit mix comprises petite suites, studio flats and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus den and tech options. District Flats also includes 40,000 square feet of retail and 400 parking spaces. The project is targeting U.S. Green Building Council LEED Gold certification.
With rental rates starting at $1,650, District Flats is currently 34 percent pre-leased, with 65 new tenants scheduled to move in by the end of the month.

MainStreet Property Group LLC partnered with HAL Real Estate on the development.
Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM.
In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
