Distribution Management Inc. (DMI) continued its expansion, signing for 191,360 square feet of space at Exeter Bucker in East Dallas. The tenant shook hands with the landlord, Exeter Property Group, in the transaction at 4695 Clover Haven St.

Art Leichner and Andrew Crites with NKF represented the tenant; Exeter Property was self-represented. So far, since 2019, NKF has represented DMI in 985,904 square feet of expansions. In addition to the recently-signed Dallas lease, DMI took down space at 1495 Dennison Circle in Carlisle, PA (NKF Chris Kutzler was the tenant rep), and 1001 Premier Pkwy. in St. Peters, MO (represented by NKF’s Kevin McLaughlin, Dan Lesinski, along with Leichner and Crites).

DMI, headquartered in Missouri, is a national and international fulfillment network, which provides logistics products and services.
