Disney Area Comfort Suites Sells for $22 Million

The 198-room 7-story Comfort Suites Maingate East in Kissimmee, FL has sold for $22 million in a sale arranged by DHS Hotel Advisors Managing Principal Dennis S. Hopper, CCIM.

The all-suites resort-style hotel was constructed in 2000 and renovated between 2016-2020. It has been designated a “Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel” for meeting the Disney standard of comfort, quality, and service.

“While the flag is ‘Comfort Suites,’ the long-time owner and developer of the hotel really went all-out when developing the property, and it far exceeds typical Comfort Suites requirements, in my opinion,” noted Hopper, who represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction. “The close proximity to Old Town and Fun Spot Theme Park are also great amenities for the hotel’s guests.”

DSH Hotel Advisors held the exclusive listing, generating 175 signed Confidentiality Agreements from qualified buyers receiving 16 U.S.-based and international offers.
