Discovery Plans Global Expansion With Two High-Profile Additions

Luxury residential developer Discovery Land Company has hired Brett White and Michelle Ngo to usher in a new era of international expansion. White has become Discovery’s CEO and Ngo the new CFO as both began their roles in the first quarter of 2022.

White previously served as the CEO and executive chairman of Cushman & Wakefield between 2015 and 2021, and also had a 28-year career with CBRE. At Discovery, he will lead all business and development operations as well at strategize for global expansion.

Ngo arrives at Discovery from Kilroy Realty Corporation where she was treasurer, and then CFO. She will lead all of Discovery’s global financing and accounting operations as well as its technology division.

Discovery’s Founder Michael Meldman said in a news release, “These individuals are at the top of their fields. They are the exact kind of visionaries Discovery needs to grow our brand and to have an even more positive impact on member families around the world.”
