Developer Blue Blazes Development LLC/Red River Waste Solutions completed groundwork and infrastructure improvements for Blue Blazes Ranch, a 35-acre, mixed-use development off U.S. 290 in the Austin suburb of Dripping Springs, TX. The project could hold anything from an 83-room hotel, to retail, to medical clinics and office space. Ryan Ridgeway with Stream Realty is helping the developer find likely tenants for the project, with the property available for lease or purchase.

Two housing developments are within a couple of miles of Blue Blazes Ranch: Headwaters at Barton Creek and Preserve at Dripping Springs. Stream Realty said approximately 12 subdivisions are on tap for the suburb, as well.

Mitchell Lavoie with Red River Waste Solutions/Blue Blazes told the Austin Business Journal that the area needs more retail, wholesale and commercial businesses to serve the growing population.
