Houston, TX-based Dinerstein Companies has acquired Park Central, a 200-unit multifamily property in downtown Nashville, TN.

Russ Oldham of Walker & Dunlop arranged the sale of the eight-story building and adjacent parking structure.

The 2013-completed multifamily sits on nearly an acre in proximity to Vanderbilt University as well as neighboring local bars and shops and major employment centers. Units consist of studios, one- and two-bedroom homes averaging 653 square feet and are complemented with a sky deck with a heated rooftop pool, fitness center, clubroom and views of Centennial Park and Downtown Nashville.

“Park Central represents one of Nashville’s first luxury apartment projects developed over the last cycle, and despite new competition over the years, continues to stand the test of time,” said Oldham.
