Dimension Inks 11K-SF Midtown Office

The Durst Organization announced that Dimension Renewable Energy will lease the entire 18th floor, 11,054 square feet, at 825 Third Avenue in Midtown East for its new office. The Durst Organization was represented by Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron, and Bailey Caliban, while Dimension was represented by Greg Maurer-Hollaender and James Ackerson of CBRE.

825 Third Avenue recently completed a $150 million capital improvement program focusing on performance, tenant comfort, aesthetics, and sustainability. Features include new public open space, an exclusive tenant amenity space called Well& by Durst, an updated lobby.

Dimension joins other tenants at 825 Third Avenue, including Genius Sports, Beveridge & Diamond, and Gotham Asset Management. Rosemary’s will open a new restaurant on the ground floor and cater the building’s Well& by Durst amenity space. “We are proud to add Dimension Renewable Energy to our tenant roster at 825 Third Avenue, especially given our shared commitment to sustainability,” said Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization.
