Dilweg announced a 27,194-square-foot lease renewal with P. Marshall & Associates, LLC at Holcomb Woods

Dilweg Inks 27K SF Office Lease at Holcomb Woods in Roswell

Dilweg, a real estate investment firm with 5.5 million square feet under management in the Southeast, announced a 27,194-square-foot lease renewal with P. Marshall & Associates, LLC at Holcomb Woods. Cresa’s Andy Roberts, Brooks Morris and Joe Grace represented PM&A in the deal.

Holcomb Woods is a single-story office park in Roswell. Its four one-story buildings total 244,000 square feet.

“This latest lease agreement reflects renewed momentum at the campus as more companies continue to gravitate towards single-story creative buildings that offer a dynamic alternative compared to traditional office settings,” said Jerry Banks, Managing Director at Dilweg. “Today’s office users are focused on convenience, wellness, and flexibility, and Holcomb Woods’ distinct location advantage enables it to go above and beyond on all three fronts.”

Dilweg acquired Holcomb Woods in 2021, implementing $4 million in the landscaping, signage, interior and exterior amenity spaces and building exterior upgrades.
