Dillard’s to Refresh & Expand Texarkana Store

Dillard’s has announced plans to remodel and expand its Central Mall store in Texarkana, TX.  Specifically, the store will take into account the company’s refreshed store design, while the extra space will be used to offer brands “specifically tailored to the fashion preferences of Dillard’s Texarkana-area customers,” said a release.

The remodel and expansion is scheduled for a May 2018 completion. Gregory Greenfield with Gregory Greenfield & Associates noted that the refreshed Dillard’s will help “pave the way for us to attract exciting new retailers to the mall.” Greenfield is an advisor to the mall’s owner.

Central Mall is at 2400 Richmond Rd. In addition to Dillard’s, anchors include J.C. Penney, Sears and Bealls.
