Digital Publisher Expands in Midtown South

Bustle Digital Group (BDG Media) has signed a lease for over 51,000 square feet of office space at 315 Park Ave. South, in Manhattan’s Midtown South neighborhood. That expands BDG’s current space in the office tower by more than 17,050 square feet.

“BDG Media’s expansion serves as further validation of our efforts to reposition 315 Park Avenue South,” said Adam Popper, senior vice president for Columbia Property Trust.

Columbia bought the 1910 office tower in 2015, and engaged L&L Holding Company to manage the 20-story, 331,000-square-foot tower. Together, they began a full renovation expected to be completed by the end of 2017.
