Digital Publisher ALM Media Takes 46K-SF
Digital publisher company ALM Media leased approximately 46,000 square feet of space at 150 E. 42nd St., an Art Deco office tower in Midtown Manhattan.
“The company’s locational flexibility has allowed them to leverage current market dynamics to secure advantageous space that fosters the collaboration on which they thrive,” said Michael Cohen of Colliers International, who with Leon Manoff and Robert Goodman represented ALM Media in the transaction.
The 42-story tower, also known as the Socony-Mobil Building, was built in 1956 and totals one million square feet of office space. “150 East 42nd Street is a Class A building positioned directly across from Grand Central Terminal — a perfect location for accessing ALM’s target audience,” said Cohen.
