Digital Partner Moves Up Madison Avenue
George Comfort & Sons and its partners Jamestown and Loeb Partners Realty have secured of a new 5,014-square-foot lease agreement with Appnovation at 200 Madison Ave. Following this signing, the 750,000-square-foot Midtown tower is 95% leased.
Appnovation is a global digital partner offering services that include experience design, brand marketing and communications, technology and platform development, and corporate governance solutions. The tenant will occupy a portion of 200 Madison’s 21st floor following a relocation from 135 Madison Ave. in the third quarter.
“Appnovation was looking to remain in the same transit-rich neighborhood while seeking newer space and a smooth transition, and we’re pleased to be able to accommodate their needs at 200 Madison,” said George Comfort & Sons president and CEO Peter S. Duncan.
George Comfort’s Andrew Conrad and Matt Coudert represented 200 Madison ownership. Appnovation was represented by Avison Young’s Joshua Goldman.
