Digital News Startup The Messenger Subleases FiDi Office  

The Messenger, a new digital media company founded by Jimmy Finkelstein, has signed a sublease at 195 Broadway in the Financial District with sublandlord Orchard Technologies, reported by New York Business Journal. The 41,854-square-foot space on the 26th floor will be occupied by the digital news startup.  

195 Broadway is adjacent to the Fulton Street Transit Center and the World Trade Center. The Class A office building features retail tenants including Nobu and Anthropologie. 

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sublease with Peter Trivelas and Gary Ceder representing the sublandlord and Laura Pomerantz, Ethan Silverstein, and Theodora Livadiotis representing the tenant.
