Digital Marketing Firm Scores Soho Office Co-op

Rudder Property Group, which specializes in the sale of office condominiums and cooperatives in the New York metro area, recently closed on the sale of an 8,315-square-foot office co-op at 141 Wooster St. in Soho. The co-op sold to Case Agency, a New York City-based marketing firm, for $7.25 million, or $890 per square foot.

Case Agency is a leader in digital marketing, brand strategy and marketing campaigns with clients such as Bloomingdales, Pepsi and Tylenol. The agency purchased the fourth floor of 141 Wooster from The Overlook Press.

Charlotte Sardet and David Baker of Baker New York represented the buyer in the transaction.
