Digital Marketing Agency Signs New Lease at 1WSQ in Brooklyn
Big Spaceship has signed a lease at 1 Willoughby Square (1WSQ) in Downtown Brooklyn. The digital marketing agency will occupy move-in-ready office space on the 17th floor.
Located at 235 Duffield St, 1WSQ is Brooklyn’s tallest office tower, offering 360-degree views and amenities, including bicycle parking, outdoor terraces, and access to the upcoming Willoughby Square Park. Other tenants in the building include FXCollaborative, Cityblock Health, and more.
Big Spaceship was represented by Aiden Campbell and Michael Joseph of Colliers. JEMB Realty is represented by a team of brokers from CBRE, including Paul Amrich, Neil King III, Zachary Price, James Ackerson, and Alex D’Amario.
