Digital Leasing Platform Aims to Accelerate Industrial Deals
Statera, a digital leasing platform expressly for industrial real estate, has launched in the marketplace. The Chicago-based startup’s three founders, all close friends who emigrated from Ukraine, said the platform addresses a significant gap in deal negotiations within the sector.
The platform is designed to integrate asset management, a proprietary deal negotiation engine, end-to-end marketing and task automation. This ensures that all stakeholders can manage their requirements within a single interface, according to Statera.
Statera said that by fostering collaboration among landlords, tenants and their respective brokers within a unified system, the platform eliminates the need for multiple tools and accelerates the negotiation process. “This transparency not only optimizes operations but also enhances efficiency, ensuring a quicker path to revenue for landlords and brokers, and a superior experience for tenants,” said CEO and co-founder Marat Safir.
Connect Industrial Midwest 2024 will take place on March 5, 2024, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois. Click here for more information and to register.
