Digital Agency Renews Lease with Denholtz in Red Bank

Denholtz Properties signed a lease renewal with DefinedLogic LLC for 12,224 square feet of office space at 116 Chestnut St. in Red Bank, NJ. The digital agency and consultancy has been a tenant at the 30,898-square-foot boutique office property for the past five years.

The landlord moved its own headquarters to 116 Chestnut earlier this year. The property is undergoing renovations to its façade, and is also adjacent to a Denholtz mixed-use project, The Rail @ Red Bank Station, that will bring a 57-unit luxury apartment building with 6,000 square feet of ground-level retail to Red Bank in 2020.

“Through our creation of a modern office building with exciting retail and residential opportunities next door, we’re confident that the strong growth fundamentals of Red Bank will allow us to continue to attract and retain high quality tenants looking to call this town home,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, SVP of leasing at Denholtz.
