Dig Inn Takes 2,300 SF at 412 Greenwich St.
Dig Inn, a seasonal, farm-to-table food chain, has leased a 2,300-square-foot space at 412 Greenwich St. in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood.
“Securing Dig Inn was a great opportunity for the landlord, as the restaurant’s popularity will help attract a co-tenant for the remaining 1,550-square-feet of space on the ground floor,” said Brandon Singer, managing director for Cushman & Wakefield, who with Matthew Ball represented the landlord in the transaction.
The restaurant’s new space is on the ground floor of the new Sterling Mason condominium development, with 33 condos.
